On Monday, Varun Dhawan shared an old video of his with the WWE superstar Triple H on his Insta handle.

He shared the video after Triple H announced his retirement. Varun Dhawan, who is a fan of WWE, called him one of his favourites and shared the video from the time he met the legend.

Varun and the wrestler can also be seen talking about wrestler-turned-actor Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock and praised his success both in the rink and behind the camera.
For the unawares, the wrestler debuted in 1995 and is a 14-time World Champion in WWE. He is currently serving as the executive vice president for Global Talent Strategy & Development of WWE. He is also executive producer of the NXT brand.
Triple H has a number of championships to his credit
Triple H won a number of championships in his career, being a five-time Intercontinental Champion, a three-time world tag team champion (two World Tag Team Championship reigns, and one Unified WWE Tag Team Championship reign).
He is also two-time European Champion, and a fourteen-time world champion. This males him the company’s seventh Triple Crown Champion and second Grand Slam Champion.
He is also a two-time Royal Rumble match winner, and a King of the Ring tournament winner.Â
Later in his career, Triple H gained notability for his behind-the-scenes work at WWE, creating the developmental branch NXT, and gaining praise for his business acumen in professional wrestling.
In 2020, he didn’t wrestle a match
After 2019, Triple H’s appearances became increasingly sporadic and 2020 became the first year that he did not wrestle a match since the start of his career.
However, he continued to make occasional on-screen appearances in non-wrestling roles. Once such appearance occurred on the April 24 episode of SmackDown. This was dedicated to his 25th anniversary in WWE.
His last on-screen physical altercation took place on the January 11, 2021, episode of Raw, when he brawled with Randy Orton. The brawl ended in a no contest after involvement from Alexa Bliss and “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt.
Triple H announced his retirement on March 25, 2022, on First Take, due to his heart condition. He opened Day 2 of WrestleMania 38 as the COO of WWE, but also left his microphone and wrestling boots on the ring, to signify his official in-ring retirement.
