We often hear people crib that even they are interested in doing some social activities, they don’t get the time out of their busy schedule. Here is an example of how futile the excuses are. Narendra Singh Negi, a popular Folk singer from Uttrakhand shared a story of a security guard, who does his job in the day time and teaches in the evening.
This man is Brijendra, retired from the army. He is a security guard in Allahabad Bank ATM in Majra, Dehradun. As the day ends, child labours and beggars gather around him. He teaches around 24 kids from the nearby slums. In the light of the ATM itself, he conducts his classes where he also emphasises on the value of discipline.
