It seems that the ripple effect of Pharrell Williams success has carried forward this year, as he has been declared the winner of the prestigious CFDA’s 2015 Fashion Icon Award.
American singer, songwriter, rapper, record producer, and fashion designer, Pharrell Williams became a sensation last year with his catchy song ‘Happy’ that caught the fancy of everyone even slightly musically inclined across the world.
Pharrell will be honoured with the award on June 1 at the Lincoln Center, Manhattan. The fashionably-inclined will recall that Rihanna won the same award last year, where she opted for a completely sheer and highly risque dress, gloves and headscarf by Adam Selman.
