Jennifer Lawrence is coming this Christmas in Joy, a Hollywood Flick that looks very promising yet isn’t as joyous as the occasion. Joy film yet again teams up Lawrence and Bradley Cooper, marking their fourth collaboration together, and their third with writer-director David O. Russell and co-star Robert De Niro.
The movie follows a family across four generations, focusing on the real-life rags-to-riches story of Joy Mangano, a single mother of three, who overcomes insurmountable obstacles to become the founder of a billion-dollar family empire after inventing the Miracle Mop.
Cooper plays an executive at the Home Shopping Network who helps sell her product.
