Unlike the opening ceremony, the last day event saw a few stars grace the Mumbai Mela. Salman Khan, Riteish Deshmukh, Kalki Koechlin, Jackie Shroff, Tisca Chopra, Kiran Rao, Kunal Kapoor, Radhika Apte and many other producers and directors attended the event.

The award-winning movie, “Angry Indian Goddesses”, directed by Pan Nalin, was screened on the last day. The film garnered appreciation from all quarters, which has recently earned the BNL People’s Choice Award at Rome Film Festival. While the “Prem Ratan Dhan Payo” actor showed up at the closing ceremony, his co-star Sonam Kapoor was present on Day 2 of the film festival. As mentioned earlier, the first day (29 October) of Jio MAMI was a star studded affair. It was attended by several Bollywood celebs, including Alia Bhatt, Hrithik Roshan, Katrina Kaif, Sidharth Malhotra, Rajkummar Rao, Kangana Ranaut, Huma Qureshi, Abhishek Bachchan, Kalki Koechlin, Aditya Roy Kapur, Vidya Balan, Dia Mirza, Anil Kapoor, Manoj Bajpayee, Aditi Rao Hydari, Diana Penty and Radhika Apte.
