This one’s not to block you from burning crackers, jaisa Papa kehte hain ‘Diwali ka matbal paise ko jalana’… not to stop you from polluting the environment, dirtying places, punishing animals. But just to notify you about what all could be done after India’s favourite festival ‘Diwali’ gets over. Don’t move ahead if you’ve already purchased a sack full of ‘patakhaaas’.
Imagine a day when there’ll be totally ‘pollution-free’, peaceful yet lighting Diwali in our country. Will it even happen ever? I hope it isn’t too late by the time we decide to change our decisions.
Well, this is for a few ‘samajhdaar’ and ‘padhe-likhe’ people out there… who are not only making efforts to create awareness about the subject but are also practical about their decisions. The problem is we have only ‘a few’ out of the 121 crore and if you’re one of them… Don’t forget to go through what KHURKI wants you to!
1. Feel proud if you didn’t pollute the environment
Yayyyyyy
2. Spend THATÂ money on needful things
…because burning crackers cannot be called as beneficial.
3. Watch if your area is clean..
Clean India, Green India!!!
4. Weekend plans
Spend time with family, if you couldn’t on Diwali.
5. Detoxification
Pure yourself by getting toxic substances out of your system.
6. Share your experience
Experience of being with all those who are already fighting to save the environment
7. Feel happy for not being cruel to animals
8. Feel blessed for your eyes/ears which you cared for
Thank you God for everything.
9. Leave others, YOU didn’t turn woofs into ‘screams’
No suggestions, advice or criticism but thumbs up for the people who couldn’t give a second thought about ‘protecting the environment’ and did it their own way… I hope people get the point and understand someday, after all it’s not only about them, it’s about US! 🙂
KHURKI wishes you all a very HAPPY, PROSPEROUS AND FULFILLING DIWALI!!!!! MAY YOU GET ALL THAT YOU DESIRE! HURRRRAAAYYYYYY!
