Why Do Most Indian Politicians Wear White Clothes?

Attires or clothes! Do they talk about your personality? Or you use them as a safeguard to cover what actually your personality is? Sometimes your clothes are contrary to your outlook and by donning them, you successfully present a pretentious you. That’s why “white” is construed as the dress code of our leaders and politicians. “Government is corrupt” is half truth but the “government is meant only for corruption” is the complete truth. And somewhere, they try to hide this black image under their white clothes.

Voting over, electorate is dead for politicians

For Indians, white clothes are meant to be worn at funerals. Probably that’s why once elected, the politicians do behave like we are dead for them. They don’t consider the voters after voting and pay no heed to their needs and demands.

‘Black’ money profile

They have to wear those white clothes as they think these can hide their dark reality. Unfortunately, in present days these white have become to be known as biggest names of corruption.

Ironically, white stands for purity

How ironic is this…white symbolises peace and purity but when this white of politicians is discussed, it is labelled as one of the biggest reasons for all the instability and impurity in our system..oh sorry our “corrupt system”.

It can also be their inferiority complex

Politicians are obsessed with white colour as without it they feel out of place in their political community, as it has probably become the uniform for our political leaders. So it can their inferiority complex that makes them stick to whites.

Off-the-record dress code

This has become an unofficial dress code in which the common man easily identifies these leaders. Though it’s not mentioned anywhere but still it’s off-the-record dress code.

Star factor matters

Maybe they want themselves to be treated as stars and are opting the MJ style of turning black into white. But they are all unmindful of the fact that MJ fought for his rights, he has struggled and proved himself but these politicians are defaming the white colour by making it their identity.
