Kalki Koechlin and Anurag Kashyap, who got married in 2011 and separated in 2013, are now officially divorced.
Kalki Koechlin and director Anurag Kashyap arrived at the Mumbai family court together and also left together after officially getting divorced.
Kalki made her Bollywood debut in Anurag Kashyap’s Dev D in 2009. Later, they fell in love and married in 2011.
They had a great relationship, but things started going wrong between them and they had frequent fights. In 2013, both parted ways, but remained amicable with each other. On various occasions, both revealed that they were very much in love but needed a break to work out things better.
Months ago, Kalki had said in an interview that she is right now in a good space as last year was little bit more struggle for her.
She didn’t know where she was going. She wasn’t even sure that where her relationship with Anurag Kashyap was going, everything was unclear for her. She also said that now they are pretty clear and that they are not going to be together.
Despite going separate ways, Kalki says she would work with Anurag Kashyap if given a chance.
