Lady is the equivalent of a gentleman, as per the Victorian era. Those were the days when every member of the elite and educated society oozed charm and charisma. Did you know there were schools in the medieval era that taught girls to be ladies? Well, education is fine nowadays, but more and more girls are lacking the “lady-like” charisma. Sad!
No Style Quotient
More and more girls are missing the style quotient! Yes, it is surprising, but true. A true lady has style and mannerism that makes her stand apart from the crowd. There is style for every minute gesture – be it lifting a glass, wiping the face, laughing…everything about the lady is so mesmerizing.
No dolling up
Girls are no longer “dolling up” and it is quite disheartening for the menfolk! Most girls are carrying the “plain” look all the time. We don’t know why they are so frustrated?! Colour it up ladies!
Boozing overtly
Drinking is fine, but drinking like truck drivers and lumberjacks is not a ladies thing. It is just so against feminism. Besides, excessive drinking takes a toll on health and skin, but the girls don’t seem to care anymore. Oh ladies! We miss you so dearly!
They miss the “command”
Earlier when a lady needed help, gentlemen would line up for the rescue. That’s the craze those ladies commanded. But now, girls have lost their touch of grace and nobody really cares for them.
Caring too much for male chauvinists
Yes, in the past few years, females have started to give too much attention to male chauvinists either by justifying their comments or indulging in debates. Whereas, they should have concentrated on their own lady-like preferences and left such men to lead their miserable lives.
Lost meaning of feminism
Feminism is all about celebrating womanhood and being equal to men. Some elements have given a different and misleading meaning to the whole concept of feminism and this is preventing girls from being ladies, big-time!
