1. Litti Chokha
It is a little similar to dal bati churma of Rajasthan, where both are baked in an open fire. The choka is filled with gram flour and is eaten on all important occasions.
2. Thekua
Also called the Khajuria!! A sweet made with jaggery and wheat, and you can’t stop at one.
3. Khaja
Just like the name suggests, it invites you to go on eating. Made with flour, it is deep fried and later dipped in chashni.

4. Shakarpara
Also called khurma, it is similar to shakkar para or gud para that we eat in the north. You can eat it in breakfast, lunch or dinner.
5. Malpua
We bet you didn’t know that Malpua originates in Bihar. The soft centre and the crisp sides are just heavenly.
6. Kadhi
Mostly made on Holi, it is nothing like the kadi that you make at home. This one is different.
7. Balushai
These mouthwatering sweets seem to have inspired the Americans to invent the doughnut.
