Most people get a little self-conscious or feel somewhat shy around others. They have this social phobia that worsens the quality of life. But there is a way to get rid of it. Khurki provides you some skills that will not only help you from this social phobia but also help in developing confidence, new job opportunities, new friendships, and basically, more fun.
Move from WNH to WGH
Either you can be someone who needs help (WNH) or someone who can give help (WGH). In general, you can always be someone who gives help (WGH) if you start looking to help people. You don’t have to worry about what others think if you are ready to offer help in every single opportunity.
Drop your agenda
Things get murky if you keep bringing up your agenda at every available opportunity. When you drop your agenda, world becomes a better place.
Stop taking things personally
Take the message for what it is and stop analyzing yourself every time your actions don’t work out right.
Make it a habit of speaking to everyone
This sounds like a bit of a Catch-22 situation, since you need to have confidence to be able to speak to people, and you need to speak to people to build confidence.
Educate yourself
Many insecurities, fears, and doubts stem from lack of understanding or lack of knowledge about something. The more you understand and know about a situation, the more comfortable you will be. Upside: your shyness will have lesser power over you.
Do not feel angry for little reasons
To become socially confident, improve your temperament and control your anger. Anger is a part of human nature, but it isn’t good to show extreme anger over small things.
Do not always blame yourself
No one is perfect, the same goes for you and all the others around you. So, have a positive self image of oneself. As positive self-image improves your confidence level and conveys the same to the society around you.
Smile more
You don’t just smile because you are happy – you can smile to make yourself feel better. The act of smiling is so strongly connected with positive feelings that it’s almost impossible to feel negative while smiling.
Be thankful
Often, the feeling of lack of something such as money, good luck or validation, leads to low confidence. By simply appreciating what you have, you can feel more satisfied and complete.
Exercise
I know you must have come across this many times. Nonetheless, exercising makes one feel better and we know this is scientifically proven. Exercise increases Endorphin which make one feel happier.
