A Jabalpur couple had a heated argument, supposedly over Aamir Khan’s recent statement about being safe in India. Here’s what he said for those who don’t know:
The wife, Sonal Pandey, allegedly consumed poison after heated arguments with her husband, Ayank Pandey.
Her husband told the police that their argument took place over Amir Khan’s statement. However, police suspect it to be a case of murder.
Ukhari police outpost sub inspector Arvind Singh said, “The police cannot rely on statements of the deceased’s husband blindly. The statements of other family members of both the sides are yet to be recorded and the matter requires further investigation before arriving to any conclusion.”
The 24-year-old woman was rushed to a private hospital where she died on Thursday morning. Ayank and Sonal had an arranged marriage four years back and have one child. The police have sent the body of the woman for an autopsy to the medical college hospital.
