“1-2, Buckle My Shoe”. Well, West Bengal Minister Rashpal Singh still seems to be humming this rhyme from his kindergarten days!
As, not only did this Minister make his security officer tie his laces but also asked him to help him with putting the shoes on.
What was worst for him, the video showing him so this despicable act went viral on the social media and news channels.
Naturally, the video sparked controversy, with comments from the public like “those unable to wear their own shoes are not fit for serving the country” doing rounds.

Rashpal Singh who is an MLA in the Mamata Banerjee Cabinet has help various portfolios from planning to tourism.
