The news mill says it is going to be a launch platform for the lead stars Gippy Grewal as far as Hindi movies are concerned and Tina Ahuja, as it is her debut movie.
Tina Ahuja? Who’s this Tina Ahuja?
Don’t have to scratch your head much. Tina is none other than Narmada Ahuja – the daughter of dancing star of the 80s Govinda. Yes, she has changed her name for all practical purposes.
Besides the desi rockstar of Punjabi music industry and the Angrezi Beat fame singer Gippy and Tina, Second Hand Husband also features Dharmendra Paaji. In fact, he has just been waiting for the movie release to undergo a surgery for shoulder injury. Dharmendra had injured his shoulder while alighting his vanity van some time back.
Under the able direction of Smeep Kang, a very smart thinker and storyline creator, this film is surely going to do something exceptional. Smeep Kang is the man behind blockbusters like ‘Carry On Jatta’, ‘Bhajji in Problem’ and ‘Lucky di Unlucky Story’.
Here’s wishing him all the best for his Bollywood debut.
Gippy, meanwhile, is going all out to promote this new venture on various platforms. Be it Instagram, Facebook or Twitter, he is leaving no stone unturned to ensure success of this movie.
Oh, before we forget, Geeta Basra is making a comeback to Bollywood with this movie as well.
So, it’s going to be very interesting to watch how the movie performs and if it can pose any competition to the already buzzing Sardaar Ji (June 26) or not!
