Shimla, Oct 17: Himachal Pradesh High Court on Monday banned wall writing, pasting of posters, cut-outs, hoardings, banners and political flags on government property and told the Chief Electoral Officer to ensure compliance.
Use of non-biodegradable material and defacement of permanent and semi-permanent nature are also prohibited.
