8 It’s dark outside
You can’t go out because it’s dark and scary. Also you can’t rest more because your body clock doesn’t allow you to do the same. Again, the trouble of what to do now? Sigh…
7 You have to maintain silence
Early risers hate to tiptoe around the house when they wake up because they don’t want to wake up anyone else.
6 You feel lonely
Your only partner by that time is Facebook, Instagram or news websites. You possbly can’t think of bothering someone at 4 or 4:30 am, so you find company in the social media.
5 No one to give bed tea
By the time housemates are awake, you would have made tea and had it too. Just once, you would surely like to wake up to a hot cup of tea…but no…it can never be a reality for early risers.
4 There’s nothing to watch on TV
You have to be very careful while switching on TV or music. And if you do switch it on, on it has be low volume. Add to it the unfortunate fact that there’s absolutely nothing interesting on TV. TV stations don’t believe in “early to bed and early to rise” funda. Sigh
3 Can’t make any calls
Another big problem is when you are up at your routine time and want to be use the time for trouble shooting, but no customer support phone lines or online chats are active. Sad, no? And moreover, you have to wait for hours to start your business.
2 Noon? You mean naptime
If you have been waking up at 4:30 every morning, then it’s obvious for you to get pooped out by noon. And all you would want is a nap than wasting your time on lunch.
1 Oh it’s 9:30…okay good night
This is very natural with early risers. Getting up early means you have to go to bed early to get your full 8 hours of sleep and for that you have to be a cranky toddler, which sometimes is very embarrassing.
