Boys don’t cry. Why?
Every human is an institution of emotions. Everyday, we’ve plenty of instances where we get angry, stressed or offended. Situations where we choose the things which could affect us and which could not.
So basically, there’s a point where any human being can cry after the threshold point is crossed but that might just not be true in case of boys. Yes, boys say that they don’t cry?…
Or maybe they have a private station for themselves which no one is aware of? Is it that the heart cries but the eyes don’t? Or is it actually possible that boys just don’t cry?
Khurki asks: Is it true?
1. Crying? Nah…not my cup of tea..
2. Boys are generalised as strong humans…and tears are for the weak, right!
3. This might insult them!
4. It’s an unwritten law – Boys Don’t Cry!
5. Looked at as emotionally strong people…
6. Too shy to cry!
7. Same as only women are supposed to cut onions….or cry?
8. You’re a grown up man now. Big boys don’t cry!
9. Strong men also cry…
Mostly, boys think that they can’t cry maybe because it gives a wrong impression of them and they may be treated as delicate woman-like individuals. But it’s definitely not like only the weak cry. The strong ones too can get emotional…
In the end, this quote of Johnny Depp‘s sums it up beautifully:
‘People cry not because they’re weak but they’ve been strong for too long!
