Old order changeth, yielding place to new…
The latest buzz in the town about change is that Arjun Kapoor may be replacing film-maker Rohit Shetty in the upcoming season of Fear Factor – Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 7.
The creators of the show are very keen on bringing Arjun Kapoor on board to host the next edition of Khatron Ke Khiladi. The last two series of this India’s own stunt/action reality game show was hosted by adventurous director Rohit Shetty. The earlier editions have been hosted by Akshay Kumar and Priyanka Chopra.
Now, after two successful seasons of entertaining the viewers, Rohit Shetty will not be seen as the hosting of the show. It is learnt that John Abraham had also been approached to step into Rohit’s shoes. But now it seems that the makers have finally locked Arjun Kapoor for the role. Official confirmation from Arjun is awaited as also is the reason for this change from the hosts.
For both Arjun & John it would be their debut in television with Khatron Ke Khiladi. Currently, Arjun Kapoor is busy shooting R. Balki’s Ki and Ka opposite Kareena Kapoor.
Khatron Ke Khiladi is an Indian adaptation of ‘Fear Factor‘, which will be shot in Argentina this time and the show will go on air after the end of ‘Bigg Boss 9’.
