The new installment of Fast and Furious franchise is not just becoming popular amongst the fans but even megastar Amitabh Bachchan can’t stop raving about the film.
The Shamitabh actor took to his official blog to write about the film on Saturday and had nothing but praise for it. Referring to the death of the film’s star Paul Walker amid the filming of the film, he said no one “passes away”.
“Watching ‘Fast & Furious 7’ is so inspiring you can actually survive in its presentation and its moments of action. No one gets removed permanently, no one passes away they all stick together, remain in one basin and operate,” he wrote.
Fast and Furious 7 is turning out to be the biggest Hollywood blockbuster in India.
Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh wrote on micro-blogging site Twitter, “It’s #FastAndFurious7 wave across the nation. The 4-day biz [Thu-Sun] should be the HIGHEST so far [2015 releases]. Setting new benchmarks.”
He further added, “#FastAndFurious7 all set to emerge BIGGEST opener [Hollywood films] in India. Also, HIGHEST opener of 2015, overtaking Hindi films.”
The film, which also stars Vin Diesel, Jason Statham, Dwayne Johnson and Michelle Rodriguez, hit Indian screens on Friday.
